Outperforming the Doc Review Giants: Part I

Problem

A global pharmaceutical company issued an RFP to reduce the number of document review suppliers and to contain costs.


Solution

Only two companies were ultimately selected:  a global staffing giant and JURISolutions® Legal (JSL), a certified-women business enterprise.


Benefits

Although JSL was the smaller of the two companies, JSL outperformed its competitor with every project.  JSL had faster response times, larger candidate pools, more responsive customer service and unparalleled attorney vetting and retention practices.

When the initial contract was up for renewal, JSL’s superior performance and flexible billing model earned it a solo seat at the table.  The pharmaceutical giant eliminated the second provider and awarded the entire contract to JSL.
